  Services Breakdown & Pricing

We do a free on-site estimate (if within 50 mile radius) or phone estimate in order to determine approximately what supplies you will need for the services you have chosen. We do supply moving pads and most other materials for your move. Such as but not limited to: shrink wrap, load bars, packing tape, dolly, handtruck, tools etc.


*Rental moving trucks and/or Dumpster(s) require Advanced Truck Rental Security Payment.

Help Services/ In House Moves

 

  • We DO supply:                                       handtruck, dolly, shrink wrap, some extra packing tape, moving pads, and basic tools   

  • We DO require: an                           Advanced Truck Rental Security Payment

 

  • If you should decide for whatever reason   not to use our service we ask that you       respectfully notify us 48 hrs before date    of service. So we may reopen that time to book other work.                                                         

  • TRUCK RENTAL:             Advanced Security  Payment  for Moving Truck MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCED   Payment for the truck rental will be a one time fee that is to be *Paid In Advance of Service Date.  So that we may secure a truck for your  requested moving day              

 

We like to keep our fees simple. Moves are stressful enough, having help shouldn't be...

 

For a basic move we charge:

  • To formally book with us a one time Advanced Truck Rental Security Payment of $249 for local or $349 for 26'trucks, to secure truck rental only. 

  • On day of service, two hour minimum with a one time service fee. After which is a continuation of the *hourly rate.        *$104 an hour for two person crew  *$124 an hour for three person crew

  • Our start time is from our arrival to our departure at your end destination.

  • Drivers "if necessary" are subject to availability and are a separate one time fee. (*If you already have a truck rented yourself)

  • The Service fee is calculated by you zip code.

  • A one time Gas fee may be required at the end of the service day.                                                                                                                          ( *see pricing)            

 

Need a hand relocating large or bulky items within you home?

 

Whether you need furniture items moved from one part of your home to another or simply moved from one side of a room to another. We can help you...

 

Price varies and walk-through estimate may be required. We negotiate an hourly or flat price based on size of job, labor, time, an labor force required.

Have a truck but just need help? We can accommodate that as well. We just help based on our hourly rate after our two hour minimum.

*All payments in full are to be received upon completion of contracted work.

*Cancellation must be made at least 48 hrs before date of service for Advanced Payments to be refunded.
 Other Cancellation fees may apply.
Clean-out Full Estate

  • We DO Require Advanced Security payment to secure Dumpsters and or Trucks.           

  •  We DO supply labor, moving equipment, garbage bags/ boxes etc

  •  Price varies and is determine through either a free walk-through estimate  and or a phone estimate.

  • We DO negotiate price. Based on size of job, time, an labor force required. It is generally a flat daily or per dumpster rate.

  • All and any other payments are to be received upon completion of each day and or each dumpster.

  • Estate Cleanout may require partial payment upfront in addition to advanced security rental fee

Rubbish Removal Services

For smaller jobs such as attics, basements, garages or outbuildings, we also offer a per-pickup truck usage option. We charge a flat fee per pickup truck load/usage needing to be taken away. 

  • Price varies and is determine through either a free walk-through estimate (if within our 50 mile radius)or a phone estimate.

  • We DO negotiate price. Based on size of job, labor, time, an labor force required. It will generally be a flat per pick truck usage/load.

  • All payments are to be received upon completion of each pickup truck trip/usage.

Donation \ Re-Purposing of Items *Specials

  • Donations:                                       

    • "One persons trash is another's treasure" as we love to say in our family. And we love nothing more than to find a home for your gently used unwanted items. If you have already hired us for a move service, we would love to re-purpose your items                                             *may require small additional charge.

    • Donations are at our discretion,                      .*no trash please

  • Specials:​
